Is really sad that some companies in Cyprus still have this kind of culture. Especially when it comes to hospitality!! In our industry lets not forget that we want the leaders (supervisor/shift leaders/managers) to become "the decision makers". Micromanagment will never offer an environment where an employee can have the confidence to take actions because obviously they will afraid of the concequenses!
